On the level of administration and legislation for the Catholic Church, this committee aims at the unification of structures and flexibility in management by carrying out the interpretation and application of Canon Law, the preparation of forms, and communication and coordination among diocesan chanceries. The committee deals with legislative texts and juridical-canonical notices promulgated by the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts.
